Alone in the Dark

Alone in the Dark
I can see it all
My life and my death
My elaborate fall

Without light to disguise
my wants and desires
I can see myself
filled with passionate fires

The people I’ve known
I can see their faces
The women I’ve held
I can feel their embraces

Without any light
I see far too much
I wish I were blind
Yet could feel your touch

Alone in the Dark
I close my eyes
Alone in the Dark
My heart slowly dies
